This is the same material that I sent to John Gibson.
I wanted to see what it would look like and see if it is
going to hold up in a boat interior. It is a real wood veneer on top
of a veneer of stainless steel. It has a phenolic back, like the laminate that is used to layup countertops. With the size of the material I had I had no choice in the grain direction.

This is a vertical surface, so the sunlight is going to be the main culprit if this material fails. We shall see.
