It doesn't seem to matter where the boats come from, wet or "dry" climents, transoms love water. This one was in Hawthorn NV. most of its life and Reno, NV. the last part. 7 to 10 inches of preciption per year. Water started to run out of the holes before I got the bolt and screw out of the holes.
