well i did not have any takers on my glastron , so i am going to put it in my shop and start on it next week, after deer hunting is over.lol. i have 4 holes in the floor where the previous owner put in folding fishing seats. they are the pedestal mounts. the floor is solid so should i just cut filler plugs out of plywood , to fit the holes and fiberglass them into the holes? any ideas are welcome . and i need to find the seats for it, they are back to back, or should i get new (spendy) ones? i picked up a 80 hp merc for my crestliner seascout and am thinking of putting that on my skiflite. iam going to repaint the boat as the paint on it now is ruff, it does look good in the pictures tho. thanks for any input you guys give me. frog

80hp... on a skiflite?! Is that a V-142? The '64 Skiflite 142 (not V-142) was rated only up to 50hp.
