This will be my last boat if i get it tomorrow,Have a trailer ready to pick her up and time all set for 1:00pm on Sunday.It will be 5hrs drive there and back hope everything work out good.Will post more pic when she is in safe hand.

WOW, a U-2 in clean orig condition . Saw one in Mt Dora , Fla also with a Merc 6 cyl , look scary fast .! Smaller than a G-3. Watch the water over the rear end. . This is RARE territory .

I have a red/white one I bought off of Bob Dunlap that was Jeff Bucklys,,he did the restoration, I ran it all last summer with a 75 scott,,it ran 40mph[gps] we played with it a lot,,when Jeff had it,he ran a hot rod 6cyl and it did mid50.'s with alot of racing equipment and work,it is probable one of the most disappointed boats I own,it come out well and lays on the water but it is a very low sitting boat regardless who is in it,mine has the fuel up under neath the deck,, there has been several keep popping up, Kevfin,joe wallace,corrine,and one out in arz,name slipped me know, and another out east with a evinrude,mine originally had a 6cyl merc, there are not alot of them restored I don't think but they do look neat but it is not my favorite,,so it is up on the rack,,good luck,Bill

Too many years ago, I had a red and white U-2 with a evenrude. I do live on the east coast. It was sold to someone in Mayo, Nd. I wonder if this is the one and if it is still around. Don
