I posted in the support but only got one response telling me to post here. Every time I log out of this site I have to reset my password to get back in, I cannot access my profile, it says I have not confirmed my email address. I cannot access my profile. I will not let me confirm my email address. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Something is amiss and as no-one else has posted problems it could be at your end. I think it would be worth the exercize to have your computer checked for 'phishing' or 'malaware' or other unwanted programs. Have you logged into your bank account recently? Don't, until you have your computer checked. - Ken
