TOPIC: Seeking a Glasspar Avalon

Hi all,
I'm searching for a nice example of the 1960s Glasspar Avalon 16' runabout.
Solid hull, floors and transom, stock and running is the goal. Motor not as important because ultimately it will get a 4-stroke outboard for use on restricted lakes. Would prefer blue/white but other combinations considered. Location also not too important.
Attempting to relive the summer of '65 and learn to water ski again LOL!

My Dad had a '64 Avalon with 60hp Selectric Evinrude that he bought new from a local dealer. I have very fond memories of going fishing with Dad and my Uncle, and also trying to water ski on a set of Mongomery Wards flat-bottom fiberglass skis! Never did get the hang of it, but years later my Brother and I picked up an old flat bottom ski boat, and learned with those skis, powered by a Mark 58 Merc!

I recall it being a very good boat. Still look at Avalons in the Glasspar ads, hope you find a nice one!
