Hi everyone,

New to this forum and I dont know If im in the right spot for getting a little help from you guys.

I got my hands on this old timer.

It says Bertram on the reciept, but im fairly sure its not. Not a single name or number plate. But i'm pretty sure its american and from the 60s. Came originally with a Chrysler 6 cyl, now converted to merc 383.

Anyone have a clue to dig in to?
