TOPIC: Tachometer identification help..

Last Fall my tach decided that it would like to read 5K..all the time.....even with the motor off1 Not good...

I'd like to find out what company made it..and if possible find a replacement that matches my other gauges...I've included a close-up picture of it to help......

Your gauge is probably a Faria gauge. They are the most common and will build gauges for anybody. Yours is a fairly typical white face gauge. Most any marine dealer will have these or can order them. Am assuming you are running a more modern engine but no mention of it.
