TOPIC: Any sources for this Owens/Cutter latch ?

I am missing one of these latches with the loop handle that holds down the rear access panel (hatch?) on late '50s Cutter and Owens small runabouts. I know that a lot of boats used generic/shared hardware over teh years, from companies like Perko, so wondering if anyone knows of a source for a replacement for this (ror what it is called to better search) either new or used. OR an idea for a substitution pair for both sides.
