TOPIC: 1968 50 hp throttle pickup

i have a 50hp that i am trying to check the timing of the throttle pickup to the carb, according to a post here that i saved a few years ago it said that the pickup should start to open the carbs when the timing hits TDC. my carbs are opening at 10 BTC. Do i loosen the two bolts on the throttle pickup and move it ? thanks

i found my manual, so between that and the instructions that were posted here i think i got it! i will find out on the water in the morning. thanks
