La-ra-ya produced Glastron designs under license starting in 1966. Some of their products look just like the US models but they also crafted some day cruiser like hardtops that were unique for their market. This hull looks mid to late 60's to me.

Here is the back cover from their 1981 catalog and a shot of of one of their small cruiser models
