TOPIC: Search for all surviving 59 Cutter Cabin Cruisers

Hi all...

Trying to start a registry for all surviving 1959 Cutter Cabin Cruisers.

I am aware of only (2).

The one that I own ( formerly Darrel Shannons)




...and (1) that John Sharar owns, that is being operated out of his business Chicago Retro Boats .





Currently, John and I are looking at having new windshields made and this could be a tremendous opportunity for other
restorers / owners.

I would like to network with other owners. Hopefully the Fiberglassics community can help me put the word out and track down the other remaining Cutter Cabin Cruisers.

Does anyone recognize this boat?

I was told after Ronny passed away, a lot of his boats ended up in a big pile in a field. I will make some inquiries to try and find out it's fate

I heard back from a friend, it was one of the boats that ended up in a field, he is reaching out to Doug to see if he still has it.

I spoke with Doug Abbott - Selwyn Ontario CA yesterday and he confirms that he does have it and intends to restore it.

ok if your looking for any and all cabin cruisers then heres one 1060 mfg flying breeze sea cruiser only one i know of tell me different. here it is i have two bunks sink water tank faucet haven't got a head yet .....38 gallon gas tank (might be too big)

hyave the hole in the bottom right now but fixing that now. cold weather ....
