ok i want so0me guidance on putting a handle or grap bar of some type on the top of the cowling on my 115 when i climb up the ladder at the transom i hold on to the top of the motor but on the water all day the top gets very hot , too hot to hold on to so i want a handle to grab bar to hold on to to balance coming up the ladder ad not to cowling. anybody got any ideas. that will look like it belongs there fits there no just bolted on. billy

This is no joke.
Go to Wally World or some medical supply store, even a box store, Home Depot, etc. In the bath/shower sections there are suction cup hand holds. These babies will hold oodles of weight, can be put just about anywhere and come in different colors, styles, and configurations. Easily moved or removed. Downside is you need a fairly smooth surface.
