Hatchur2 Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 1 Thank you received: 0	I am trying to identify my boat.... it’s a fiberglass, 13ft run about. I am told, without any reliability, that it is a 1960 runabout. It has an extremely clean WestBend 35...1965ish. The odd piece about it is the bow nav light. It looks like a pirates sword.... Any ideas? OMG, I have been scouring the Library and haven’t been able to find it. It has a small licensing sticker that says “ 13’ Special”, has a capacity of 850 lbs and can be equip with no more than a 35 hp.
The West Bend looks like it has been there forever but the controller looks to have been replaced at some point and if what I’m told is true, the boat is 5 years older than the motor. It has an old speedo that is a Mermaid from Canadian Tire Corporation, I’m not sure if it was an after market addition or orig.
