does anyone know where i could get a new center beam with the rollers for my Tee Nee boat trailer , mine is rusted out. It is 16 ft 6 inches long, the bottom is rusted out the entire length. does anyone know of a repair?

any steel yard should have it. unless you find another trailer you can take the existing beam from , then you have to make one.

I assume yours looks like the one pictured, unfortunately you won't find one at a steel yard. A donor trailer would be easiest, but not so easy to find. If the sides and top are OK, it could be repaired by a good weld shop. Cut the bottom off and bend up a piece to fit inside, as per my poor sketch. Do it in 3 or 4' sections so as not to warp the beam. If you need to cut higher up the sides to get rid of the rot, drill holes in the old beam and plug weld. Then grind, bondo, prime and paint. Good as new!
