TOPIC: '69 55hp Evinrude parts or whole

A few weeks back I purchased this motor with the intention of fixin' her up. Then I found one that didn't need any fixin' at all so now I'm at a conundrum.
The motor is a 1969 Evinrude 55hp triple. Excellent compression, 130+ in all three, LU is hydro electric push button. No leaks and working. Controls need cosmetic cleaning, buttons, and key all work perfect. It needs a new wire harness and amplifier. Do not want to put the $$ into something I have no use for.

Control harness is yellow plug.
Would like to sell it cheap or part it out. Any member gets first shot if interested otherwise it's going up on Craigslist.
