Not sure if this should be posted here but here goes.
Last November I purchased a Hawkeye in dash depth finder on eBay. Advertised as refurbished sold by Norcross Marine of Orlando, FL. The finder was installed during the rebuild of my '60 Shell Lake but never had an opportunity to use it until last month. Found out that the finder did not work, the transom mount transducer failed. I corresponded with Norcross directly and they are sending me a new transducer free no questions. Apologized for any inconvenience and said to contact them if there are any future problems.
Just to say a kudos to Norcross Marine and their service dept.
