Someone knows the full name and history. I believe I have seen pictures before where people referred to it as a "ski bird" or something similar. I should have researched before responding.

The one in the picture is a Volksboat. Same boat different years.

That is a neat little boat. I have seen a video of one running. That is nice picture. Sorry I didn't have the correct name...I knew an expert would.
