Friends,

I've found yet again a 17ft runabout that I've never heard of, sitting outside (though complete, except for the seats)looking UNLOVED.
The serial number is: ST16202.

Anyone have a clue as to what it is? Who & Where built or anything else about it??
(It has a 1968 Johnson 1HP V4 OB motor.)

I figured out (from the info in the glassics library) that it's actually a 1968 ALPEX KINGSTON 1800, built in Rochester, NY.
(Now I've got to look for a good color photo of the interior/factory brochure/something?)
Since it's "all in one piece", I guess I'll have to try to fix it up. = 50 bucks for it w/OB & nice trailer is all but irresistible to this "cheapskate".
