TOPIC: GLASTRON Serial Number List

Do any of our members have a serial number list??

IIRC, Glastron was one of the companies known to haul outdated and old info, sales/production figures and brochures to the dumpster ahead of numerous factory relocations. Plus a major fire that destroyed lots of the same info.

My 1960 FireFlite is Ser= M160102, if it helps. I dont think.the 60 in my Ser # is a year identifier.

The serial number that I'm interested in is: 304483.
(It is "said" to be a model 142B. - I fear that that is only a WILD GUESS.)

take a look here for your boat , the fourth digit in the serial is the year

That was the first place that I looked & I don't see a similar boat.

wild guess? model is clearly a 142b.
looking at the glastron list...in 1964 the model skiflite 142 looks just like it.
really, i was thinking someone might be interested in the motor. i was just trying to save it from the county dump.
