TOPIC: Vintage Johnson outboard sign

I have a opportunity to pick up a dealer's vintage Johnson Outboard sign. It is 2 sided and lighted. I believe it is from the 1960s.The panels are similar to the one shown below. The 2 sides do not match, but are from the same vintage. The overall condition I would say is good, especially considering it has been hanging outside their building since it was new. Any idea of the value? I want to make him an offer, but I want to be fair about it.

Ive been going to Longville mn for vacation for the last 10 years. theres been a junk shop there trying to see a sign like that for the last 3 years $400.00. well this year its gone. I don't have any idea what he got for it. Bob

Like Bob I've seen them listed for stupid money Todd, I think $100-$200 would be a fair price IMHO. All this "American Pickers" stuff on TV has folks thinking they have a gold mine in the garage!
