now that kid sounds determined to getting a motor for his boat.. if he's for real and not a scammer maybe someone local could help him out with an old motor laying around.. i know the feeling. when i was 12 i was getting tire of rowing around in the lagoons down the shore.. and a neighbor gave me my first old motor,, it was a clunker but my dad and brothers fixed it up for me.
