So I was doing some craigs list shopping yesterday and I came across a set of Simplex Evinrude twin engine controls for $25. I went and picked it up this morning. It is obviously well used but still quite functional. came with two cables which need replaced anyway, and the only thing wrong that I can see is that one of the check balls for the forward reverse is missing. Soooooo was this a good deal or did I get hosed in my haste for wanting to put twins on the "Datamus"?

A very good deal. Twin controls are getting harder to find.
