First time for the fiberglass boat run. Event has always had fiberglass boats since I joined in the last ten years, however.

Before me, a Glass G-3 group held their annual event with this one, sharing the same location. There is a photo of about 15-18 G-3s on the beach of St. Michaels, MD from one of the years that they did that annual meeting with this classic boat show.

The Fiberglass 3 hour cruise run on the river is new. If the investment pays off with lots of boats, folks will volunteer to do it again next year. This takes a commitment on lots of folks. I have that commitment for this year only.

Opening the Festival up to user boats that bring joy to boating is new.

Bringing a fiberglass boat to this show has a long standing history.

All of the above boats should be classic fiberglass boats.
