My daughter's birthday is on Saturday and I really want to get this book for her! Unfortunately it is only available online in used condition. I'm ok with that, but I can't find anyone to express ship it to me. Any chance one of you has a copy you would sell me and express ship it in time for Saturday delivery?
Is there a good online place to find it new?

The ones on amazon don't allow for express shipping. I ended up buying two, one for $10 from Half Price Books, and one for $5 shipping included from eBay. I'll see which one gets here first.
