Got this off a 65 Evinrude starflite and was wondering if this is what is called a rectifier or amplifier and how do you test it?jim

On a 90 HP I guess.
That would be the voltage regulator. |

Thanks,I'm used to the older Delco Remy regulators.It came off a 1965 evinrude 75 hp. Thought about selling it,but don't really know how to test it to make sure it's good.
