Now that it is running pretty good, to make it look pretty, the white lower unit needs paint. Has anyone found a close match for the original Evinrude blue? My 1999 OMC Parts & Accessory catalog shows polychromatic blue for 1963-1969. Touch up paint was #172752 updated to #771259. Not available any longer & didn't see any on eBay either.. No PPG refinish code given to get your own mixed. My suggestion is go on Face Book and look up Scott Ramsey. He has all the paint for our antique models. Could be he has this color match also. His paint is actually far superior to the spray cans OMC sold. Good luck. Dan in TN
