TOPIC: 1960s Arkansas Traveler Ski Jack/Frolic need help

Just recieved this Arkansas Traveler or what i can make my best guess to, as i havent gotten the title from my neighbor yet or the key to the engine(given to me yesterday)ill need to replace the floor and maybe part or the transom.whats a hood plywood and fiberglass to use?never done any of this before.
