On my 94 Force 120 there is a sticker with the number 14 on the lower unit. It looks like it was probably placed on the motor at the factory. (The paint around it has worn off) Anyone know what it means?

Doubt factory as it don't even look centered. Makes no sense to me. Weird.

Actually that sticker is factory. Mercurys had them too. I believe it identifies the number of teeth on the pinion gear.
