TOPIC: Seamaid A 1430 help

Seamaid A 1430 help 10 years 6 months ago #93850

Bought this B,M,T for the trailer but really like the boat and motor. Never heard of Seamaid but found out from this library that they were made in Kendallville, IN. This model was called a Sea Champ. Heavy ga. aluminum, formed spray rail, double transom brace, rated for a 30 hp. It came with a Sea King 12 hp. which runs good but I'll try it with my 30hp Javelin and it should really scoot.

If anyone has any more info on Seamaid I'd appreciate hearing about it..

Thanks, Stax.

The trailer is going under my Alumacraft. I think this might be for the grandkids to use and learn on.
