You gotta get these...Grabits! These things are the ticket for removing screws with damaged heads...Phillips, Frearson, square, star, whatever! They come in little boxes of either three or four sizes. Not only do they work, they work great every single time and have radically reduced the amount of cussing in my shop...great Christmas gift for the wife!

I have been using them for a few yrs now and they really have helped the teer down on boats or anything else that is held together with screws.
