TOPIC: Mercury cosmetics/decals over the yeears

Hi everyone,
I have now accumulated all the Merc catalogs from 1957 through 1980. So as a resource, if someone has a question as to colors/models/decals/faceplates/emblems/hp etc. I can probably answer it correctly. I am still looking for the 80's catalogs as I am a Merc 6 inline fan I'd like to get a catalog from every year they were made. Does anyone know the last year? I think it was 84 but not sure. Any leads on these later years sould be appreciated.
I might be able to answer some accessory questions as well because there are lots of pictures and I do have some of the Quicksilver accessory catalogs as well.

I believe 1988 was the last model year for the inline-6.
I have attached a picture.

Im thinking that Mariner sold inline 6s up till 1990 and Merc was listing them into 89

Nye would be the place to go..I was lucky to find original decals still in the package from 1985 (OEM) Perfect !
