My "engine turned aluminum" vinyl came today. I spent the last hour installing it on my Lexan gauge panel. Have all the gauges and switches reinstalled.
I'm pretty happy the way it turned out.
A custom street-rod gauge panel would have cost me $135... and I really didn't find one the right size.
This panel was cut from some extra Lexan I had laying around... and the decal material was $17. I could have purchased only 1-foot for $3.99 + $5.99 shipping... but I wanted extra, and have a use for some of it that should "make" me money.

Looks clean and organized.
I like the compass in with the other guages.

The panel turned out really nice Ray, good job. I never would have thought about using plexi then adding the vinyl, much easier to work with than aluminum I'm sure.
