Dealney's were made in Woodburn, Oregon from the late 50's till about the mid 60's. They are very similar to Power Cats in design. The one I just restored and sold is a 12'9" cat. I know of three others in this size range but have never seen any larger ones. Please post pictures if available. Could be a great score for you and a rare boat. I think we can probably help you unload that too. LOL The model number off the transom bracket plate will tell us what year model you've got, any idea what's wrong with it?
