I have a dorsett catalina that I am remaking the bifold doors. the original was gone when I got it. Anyone have a picture of the mechanism that holds your doors closed?

Cute Bill. I don't know why I didn't think of that. I could even get vintage brick.

Concrete block would probably shift around under way. You need something more stable.

The boat pictured in my NBR post was broken into twice in the past...Im not messin around anymore, during my rebuild next year, considering this as an alternative to Teak w/latches .....also stain resistant! still thinking out that whole floatation issue.
Happy New Year

Thank you for one helpful idea. I have come up with an idea that I think will satisfy the latching requirement that I have and not look like a brick tied to the door. I will post it up when I have a prototype built.
