The SOLD OUT ACBS/ABM Restoration Workshop Symposium is in Clayton, NY.
The May workshop at the Antique Boat Museum is in Clayton on May 19,20,21, 2017. Click here for complete details, including a link to online registration.
For your immediate information, the weekend program will be centered around bottom replacement. Our plan is to offer lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on involving bottom replacement.
Click here for the printable 2-page itinerary for the weekend.
Even if you do not ever plan to do a bottom replacement yourself, it will teach you good wood working skills that can be applied to other areas of your boat. It will also give you an appreciation and extensive knowledge on what goes into bottom replacements.
Read about last year’s ACBS/ABM Symposium.
There is not a large selection of motels in Clayton. Most participants stay at Bertrand’s which is far from a 5 star, but it is close to the Museum, clean and reasonably priced. There are other lodging possibilities in the Clayton area.
This will be a very worthwhile weekend and well worth your time attending this workshop in Clayton.
We look forward to seeing you in Clayton next spring.
