Daniel I have no answer to your question but I just want to tell you that your boat is exactly like mine even same color. You are also in the same step I am. I removed all the balsa and I plan to put a layer of glass and then plywood with other layers of glass but as I told you I have not started because of my allergies but we can communicate about the advances. I also have some pictures of similar boat in case you are interested.
