Hank Wieand Bowman

Hank Wieand Bowman was a prolific freelance writer in the 1950's and 1960's. He authored many books and articles on recreational boating and other subjects. Most notably, he wrote for Popular Boating magazine and Rudder, including many articles on testing recreational boat performance. These were often reprinted by boat companies for their advertising campaigns.
