This company built a small 12' folding boat out of marine plywood. A smaller 8'9" model was available also. Advertised as "folds flat as a suitcase", not much else is known about this company. Totem Boats is also found listed as Bashford Manufacturing Company of Santa Cruz, California. Besides Totem Boats, this company made Ruud water heaters. In 1958, William Fulton was made plant manager; company president was W. H. Mixter.<br />
