	According to the article below, the company was in bankruptcy in early 1962 when a fire destroyed the rented building in the Oldsmar Industrial Park near Tampa, Florida. Contents at the time of the fire are listed as wooden boat patterns, chemicals, fiberglass materials, and several boats. The building was owned by Victor Sellers, a developer and Oldsmar city councilman at the time of the fire.
