Bristol was a brand used by at least two unique manufacturers:

• The Bristol Boat Division of the Allen Quimby Veneer Co. made plywood boats in Bingham, Maine.

• Bristol Mfg. Co. of Long Beach, California was a builder of fiberglass covered plywood boats.
