Hercules Motor Corporation

Canton, Ohio

This company offered a range of marine diesel engines in 1957 which were configured to run on fuel oil. In 1958, Hercules bought the Hall-Scott engine division of Berkeley, California, with plans to manufacture the engines in their Canton, Ohio location. W.L. Pringle was president of Hercules Motor Corp. at the time.
