Manufacturer of fiberglass boats from 1956 to 1959. Bought out by Owens after 1959. In 1957, the company's "Sirocco 16" model was advertised as designed by naval architect Edwin Monk of Seattle, Washington. Company president was G.W. "Bob" Johnson, sale manager Jack J. Barbee and plant superintendent Elmer Rice.
