Thompson Boats was a brand used by at least two unique manufacturers:

• Thompson Bros. Boat Mfg. Co., a boat-builder based in Peshtigo, Wisconsin and builder of lapstrake-construction boats.

• Thompson Boat Co., an unrelated company which built lapstrake-construction boats in Cortland, New York.
