Also found listed as Richardson Boat Division of United Marine, Inc. For 1961, Richardson switched to hulls made from planked aluminum. This construction method was developed in collaboration with Avro Aircraft, Limited of Canada. The aluminum was a special alloy supplied by Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corp (July-October 1960 Popular Boating).
