This company built pontoon houseboats with one model 35' in length with an 18' long cabin (Jan. 1961 MotorBoating). According to a 1993 article in Lakeland Boating, the company was started in 1958 by Dick Brooks, Raymond Brooks, and Glenn Brooks.
