This boat-builder was started in October 1952 by Ralph Zinnecker. He learned boat building from working with his brother at Red Head Boat Company in Houston. Most of his boats were sheet plywood-constructed outboard runabouts with production totaling about 1100 boats. He sold the boat-building business in 1965 (The Brass Bell, Spring 2009, published by the Chris-Craft ACBS Marquee Club).
