The following brands of boats included commercial models powered by inboard marine engines mounted vertically, otherwise known as Vertical Inboard Power (VIP). This list is restricted to brands of boats which were offered with factory-installation of units such as the Fageol 44 VIP made by Fageol Products Co..

In 1957, Fageol advertised that 30 boat manufacturers were installing the Fageol 44 VIP in their boats. This list inclued:
