This boat company advertised that they built molded plywood boats using hulls from Industrial Shipping Co.. In 1957 they were located in Toledo, Ohio. P.G. Gibbs was company president. By 1962, this company offered a catamaran-style boat and was located at 6580 Morris Grove in Erie.
