Appleby Boats & Boat Trailers
Appleby Manufacturing Company
Bland Road
Lebanon, Missouri
It is noted in a 1976 trademark registration that the first use of "Appleby" for boats and boat trailers was in 1960. Sales Manager, J. B. Appleby, left Rich Line Boats in 1960 to found Appleby Boats. He later returned to buy the company in the 1970's and consolidated operations under the Appleby Boats brand.
